Home at last!

29 February, 2008 (15:55) | News!

I made it safely to Salt Lake City and actually slept for the whole flight. Too bad it was only a 90 minute flight. It only took about 15 minutes to get all of my bags together and I was out waiting on the curb by the time Ben arrived to pick me up (he had just landed after covering a news story 5 minutes before I called him to say I had landed). Things worked out great. I made myself stay up until 10pm and then got up at 8 this morning feeling pretty good. I am still a little out of it but so far I am doing well. I am giving my washer and dryer a serious workout today madly trying to get my clothes clean and uniform washed to pack it again in preparation to leave on Sunday. I am running errands, paying bills and getting things organized. Ben just gave me a neat photo that a reporter took of him while he was covering a story recently so I though I would post it so you can just his helicopter “Chopper 5″ (he’s the pilot for KSL5 TV). That’s all for now I need to fold some laundry :)
